General Queries

At Inkstring we provide quality products. All our t-shirts designs are unique. Also our products are priced reasonably.
Please use the size chart provided on each product page to select the right size which suits for you.
You can either machine wash or hand wash. Do not bleach or soak for too long. And after wash do not iron on the print.
Yes, we take bulk orders from our customers. Please contact our sales team at sales@inkstring.com for further information.
Yes, you will receive your purchase info automatically to the email which you have specified during checkout. But we send offer and promo email only to our subscribers. Please subscribe
No, currently we do not provide gifting option. We are working on it.

Shipping Queries

We will dispatch all the online payment orders by next working day after the successful payment.
Once you have placed your order and made your payment successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email to the email id which you have specified during checkout.
Once we ship your order, we will notify you with an email which will have the tracking number. With that number you can track your information here or you can send an email to our support team at support@inkstring.com
Currently we provide FREE SHIPPING on all online payment orders.
We offer nation wide shipping within India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping. You can contact our support team via support@inkstring.com to get more details.

Refund & Return Queries

If you wish to cancel your order, please write an email to our support team at support@inkstring.com or Whatsapp +91 9597400417 with your order details. request for order cancel must be made within 3 hours of order placement. Orders can be cancelled only before the order are dispatched. Custom t-shirt printing orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Once your order has been canceled we will initiate the refund immediately. Kindly allow 5-7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account. Reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
Yes, you can change the shipping / billing address before the orders are dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, the shipping/billing address cannot be changed for that dispatched order. Your specified shipping address is where your order will be shipped. Reliable courier services will bring your order right to your door. All orders will be shipped in completely sealed packaging to safeguard your belongings and guarantee that they get to you undamaged.
The refunded amount will be reflected in your bank account or card account. We do not provide cash or cheque refund.

Rest assured that we will assist you in every manner we can. To find out if your account has been debited, we ask that you first check your bank or credit card account. In the event that your payment is unsuccessful, the money that was automatically deducted will be refunded by the relevant bank within a span of 10 to 15 working days.

Please be aware that the Inkstring Team will never call or email you asking for your bank account information or personal information. Please don't give anyone access to the details. There aren't any hidden charges. Only the amount shown in your order summary is what you pay. The prices listed for each product include taxes.
