If you wish to cancel your order, please write an email to our support team at support@inkstring.com or Whatsapp +91 9597400417 with your order details. request for order cancel must be made within 3 hours of order placement. Orders can be cancelled only before the order are dispatched. Custom t-shirt printing orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Once your order has been canceled we will initiate the refund immediately. Kindly allow 5-7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account. Reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Yes, you can change the shipping / billing address before the orders are dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, the shipping/billing address cannot be changed for that dispatched order.
