Terms and Conditions for Custom T-Shirt Printing

1. General Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the sale, design, and production of customized T-shirts. By placing an order, you agree to abide by these T&Cs. Please read them carefully before submitting an order.

​2. Order Process

  • Design Submission: Customers must submit artwork, logos, or text in an approved format (JPEG, PNG, PDF, or AI) as specified by the company.

  • Order Confirmation: Once the order is placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation via email. The production process begins only after order confirmation and receipt of payment.

  • Order Revisions: Changes to design, quantity, or specifications after order confirmation may incur additional charges and affect delivery timelines.

​3. Design and Artwork

  • Ownership of Design: Customers must ensure they own the rights to use the submitted designs or have obtained proper authorization. The company is not responsible for any copyright infringement claims.

  • Design Adjustments: The company reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the design to ensure print quality and suitability for production.

  • Prohibited Content: Designs containing offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content will be rejected.

  • Minimum Print Size : 3 Inch X 3 Inch

  • Maximum Print Size : 11 Inch X 15 Inch

  • Minimum Resolution : 300 DPI

  • Acceptable file formats : JPEG / PNG / PDF

  • Print Placement

    • Front Pocket area

    • Front Check

    • Back Size

    • Sleeves

  • There will be an additional cost if customer wants Inkstring to make design on behalf of them. Inkstring can make designs only for bulk orders of minimum 50 Pcs in same design.

​4. Payment Terms

  • Payment Methods: Payments can be made via online transfer, credit/debit card, or other methods as specified by the company.

  • Advance Payment: Full payment is required before production begins. 

  • Pricing: Prices are based on the type of T-shirt, print method, and quantity. Custom pricing may apply for bulk orders or special requests.

​5. Production and Delivery

  • Production Time: Standard production time is 3 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment. Rush orders may incur additional fees.

  • Delivery: Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer. The company is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or third-party delivery services.

  • Shipping Charges: Delivery fees are charged separately unless otherwise stated.

​6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 3 hours of placement. After this period, production may have begun, and cancellation will not be possible.

  • Refund Policy: Refunds are only applicable for defective products or errors made by the company. Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.

  • Returns and Exchanges: Returns are only accepted for defective items. Customers must notify the company within 3 days of delivery to request a return for custom printed t-shirts.

​7. Quality and Warranty

  • Print Quality: The company strives to deliver high-quality prints but cannot guarantee exact color matching due to screen-to-print color differences.

  • Defective Products: If a product is defective, the company will reprint or replace it at no additional cost.

  • Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, washing, and fabric shrinkage are not covered under warranty.

​8. Intellectual Property and Copyright

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers must ensure that the designs submitted for printing do not violate any third-party intellectual property rights.

  • Company Rights: The company reserves the right to use images of the printed T-shirts for marketing and promotional purposes unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.

​9. Limitation of Liability

  • Production Delays: The company is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, supply chain issues, or other factors beyond its control.

  • Liability Cap: The company's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the order.

​10. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Data Collection: The company collects personal information for order processing, including names, addresses, and contact details.

  • Data Usage: Personal data is used only for order processing, customer service, and marketing (with customer consent).

​11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation first, and if unresolved, by arbitration as per the applicable jurisdiction's laws.

  • Governing Law: These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Chennai Jurisdiction.

​12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The company reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Updated terms will be made available on the company's website.
